I added a little bit more relevant information about myself on my About Me page. Be enthralled as I take you on a magical journey through the trials, tribulations, battles, and sexcapades of the stockbroking, secret agent plumber known as Sappy.

Hello, everybody. Sappy here with the "triumphant" return of The Nintendo Classics Archive. Ever since Disflux went down sometime last year, TNCA has been homeless and JD of Myrmid has graciously granted me some webspace. Amusingly, I've only now gotten around to making use of it, and it sure took a long time.

Every document that the site consists of was originally written upwards of five-and-half years ago, or at least based on a template of that age. Web design has come a long was since then, especially with regards to CSS, and I had to edit every single page, in some cases re-writing the embarrassingly bad text and web-design skills that originated in early 1998. But I've still got a lot to do, especially in the reviews section. Some content was scrapped, but the best remains, and I'll be working to produce some new, decent content. Good to see you back, to those older members of the scene, and feel free to explore for those checking the site out for the first time.

Skinning Winamp is a royal pain in the ass. However, you can reap the fruits of my hours of labor by downloading this flat, dark, and mediocre Metroid skin! Click on it, save it somewhere convienent, and double click to install.

I got an e-mail a while back from a fellow named Andrew Klein at Carnegie-Mellon University, informing me of a new NES game in the works. It's titled "Sack of Flour, Heart of Gold" and you can download and play it on an emulator. It's extra buggy, but is exciting to see the potential of a new NES game. You can read all about it at the project's website. Watch out for a deeper look into the game here at TNCA while things progress.

I put up another Article for you to read in that section. Where the hell do I keep coming up with these things? Oh, and a new Link to the revitalized NES Smackdown GT. And a new (off topic) poll on the left.

For those trying to contact me, I have my address listed as "sappyREMOVE@THISmyrmid.com". The reason for that is spam robots scour the web looking for addresses to add to their junk mail lists, and this keeps them away. Obviously, remove the capitalized text before sending me mail.
